How to stretch out your abdominals…

Lay face down on the floor. Using your forearms, raise your trunk off the floor - a bit like when you see people doing an ‘army crawl’ across the floor – and hold.

BUT… Check the following points to ensure you are maximising the stretch.

  1. Check your hips stay down on the floor.

  2. Check your feet stay down on the floor.

  3. Keep your elbows underneath your shoulders
